MineDuty™ Radiator Caps are specifically designed for the prevention of burns and scalding from radiator cap removal in the mining, industrial and automotive industries.

The original intention behind developing these safety radiator caps was to prevent burn injuries sustained by maintenance personnel in the underground coal mining industry.

Until now, there were no radiator caps available from radiator manufacturers that could easily satisfy all aspects of the safety requirements of the mines we were servicing.

MineDuty™ Radiator Caps have a hard barrier because they physically prevent the cap from being removed until the pressure has been released using the incorporated metal lever.
